When you use Image Host, we may collect and store:

• Your Discord User ID
• The Image Host command you used
• Whether the command was successful or resulted in an error
• Information related to images you upload or host

When Image Host is added to a Discord server, we may collect the Discord Server ID, Server Owner ID, server member count, and server invite link. We only collect information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Image Host.

When you use Image Host to host an image, we may store the image's hosting link and related information in our database.

We do not sell or publicly share your hosted image links or stored information, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our service, users, or rights. You are responsible for the images and files you upload.

We may use collected information to provide and operate Image Host, process commands, track successful and failed commands, maintain hosted images and links, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, maintain security, respond to support and deletion requests, and comply with applicable laws. We do not sell your personal information or collected data.

We do not sell your data or intentionally share stored information with third parties for advertising or marketing. Information may only be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect Image Host and its users, or comply with a valid legal obligation.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting imagehostbot@protone.me or through the official Image Host support server.

When a valid deletion request is received, we will delete associated data where reasonably possible, including command usage records, user and server records, hosted image information, image links, and other stored data associated with your use. Some information may need to be retained when required by law, necessary for security, or needed to resolve disputes or prevent abuse.

You are responsible for the files and images you upload. You must have the necessary rights or permission to upload, store, and share content. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, used to abuse or disrupt the service, or intended to violate applicable laws. We may remove hosted content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our rules.

Image Host does not control information contained in images you choose to upload. Avoid uploading images containing sensitive or personal information unless you have a valid reason and the necessary rights or permission to share them. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Image Host does not improperly expose another person's private information.

Image Host operates through Discord and may receive information made available to the Bot through Discord; your use of Image Host is also subject to Discord's own terms, policies, and rules, which you can review on Discord's official website.

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored by Image Host. However, no online service or storage system can guarantee complete security. You use the service at your own risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Updated versions will be made available through our website, support server, or another appropriate location. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
