Terms of Service

Image Host is a Discord bot that provides image hosting and related features through Discord. The service may allow users to upload images and receive links to hosted content.

You agree to use Image Host only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content; abuse, attack, overload, or disrupt the service; bypass security or access restrictions; distribute content that violates law; or violate Discord's rules. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe these Terms are being violated.

You are responsible for everything you upload and confirm that you have the rights, permissions, or authorization to upload and share it. Image Host does not claim ownership of content you upload.

You are responsible for making sure content does not improperly expose another person's private or sensitive information. If you host an image containing personal information, you are responsible for having appropriate rights or permission to share it.

Image Host may store links associated with uploaded images. You are responsible for how you use and share hosted links. Do not use them to distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

We reserve the right to remove hosted content, disable links, restrict features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, protect the service or users, respond to legal requirements, address security issues, or remove prohibited content. We may act without prior notice when necessary.

Image Host is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee the Bot or hosting service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features may change, become temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued.

You use Image Host at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Image Host is not responsible for losses, damages, or problems resulting from your use or uploaded content. Keep copies of important files and do not rely on Image Host as your only backup.

Your use of Image Host must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other relevant policies. If Discord rules or applicable law prohibit an activity, you must not use Image Host for it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through our website, support server, or another appropriate location. By continuing to use Image Host after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.
